Viriditas Circle

Viriditas (often translated as "greenness" or "greening power") is a key concept introduced by Hildegard of Bingen, a 12th-century Christian mystic, writer, and abbess. For Hildegard, viriditas symbolized the divine life force that flows through all living things, imbuing them with vitality, growth, and health. It was a metaphor for spiritual and physical flourishing, connected to the idea of God's creative power and presence in the world.
